2020 AGM and Round Table 24 November 2020
We hope as many of you as possible will join us on 24th November at 1pm to review what has changed since our paper on the 2016 election manifestos.
Back at the last election in 2016 we suggested that politicians needed to get a much better handle on transport data and bringing forward legislation more consistent with modern transport. Since then we have seen comprehensive proposals from the Law Society for Scotland but these contain many controversial issues.
Politicians need a clearer mandate for radical change that can only come through a manifesto. Practical and popular policies for accessible places, net zero travel, fairer transport investment, all need a stronger political mandate, so we need our politicians to step up with clear visions on how they will deliver a green recovery.
If you would like to join the round table by Microsoft Teams please e-mail us and we will send you a link. We will send the findings of our discussion to all political parties contesting the 2021 Scottish Parliament election
